Gratefulness

“I thank God, whom I serve with a pure conscience, as my forefathers did, as without ceasing I remember you in my prayers night and day,”
‭‭II Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Be grateful. Look and see how God has been good throughout your entire lives and who he has used to be a blessing and a help to you.

Look at how amazing our father is.

When we complain, we are telling God we don’t appreciate him. We all have been guilty.

Our pastor, Chief Apostle H.C. Gunn, recently told us that when we complain about our lives and what God calls us to do, it’s like saying: "GOD, YOU CHOSE ME THE WRONG CROSS. THE CROSS IS A MISTAKE!”

I want to practice gratefulness every day. We are blessed, and God has been there for us from the beginning.

What if the situation we are in is because we put ourselves there, not God? By our actions, we have to face consequences. What if what you are in now is from a wrong decision that you made.

We complain to or about God, even though he has provided, healed, restored, recovered, delivered, and shielded us from so many things.

Don’t give room for satan in complaining because when we think something else is better than what we have or have been asked do, really it could be danger on the other side.

God is so good. I love him, and I’m so grateful and thankful. I appreciate God, and I want him to know I am thankful for him in everything.

Don’t take for granted the blessings of God and who he uses in your life. God sees all and knows all. And we must know that our sacrifices for him and others, and the help and service we are called to give, are not in vain.

Christ died for us. That was his assignment. But he went above and beyond. He paid the ultimate sacrifice for us, and he chose to do it, with love and without complaint. Jesus sacrificed his life, so we can have salvation and grace.

Be grateful. We have a chance to make it home with Christ.
